PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Some products have longer delivery times than others despite being shipped to the same country. Delivery takes longer when we don’t have the product in stock in our distribution center. In this case we need to order it from one of our shops or the manufacturer before we can send it to you.

Delivery times also vary between shipping companies.
Please note that the transit times on these general information pages don’t take product availability into account.
We dispatch your order once we have received your payment. The processing of the money transfer can delay the delivery by a few days.

Delivery times vary depending on the country that your order is shipped to. Please make sure that you have selected the right country in the country tab, so that you can see the correct delivery times on the product pages.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and cancellations. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase. We don't accept exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Pack the items that you want to return and add the completed return form to the box
Prepare the parcel for shipping.
You are free to choose which parcel service you want to use for the return shipping. We recommend comparing prices.
Post the parcel
Note:
Please note down the number below the barcode on the return label. With this number you can track the status of your return shipping online to make sure it successfully arrives back with us.
Please keep the receipt that you receive when you post the parcel. We will need it to trace your return if the parcel gets lost.
We don’t assume liability until the package reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return.
